The only things that weren't loudly and publicly mentioned during all of that were that so far, there's no way to reach the deceased, even though they're supposedly in safe hands. Their items might be where they are. In addition, there was someone roaming around here on Thursday wearing a jade mask - we've been calling them Jadericho. [have they] Apparently being kind to them will be worth more than even our vouchers.

I don't know what that means yet.

I also purchased a pink training sword from the shop - but I don't really understand why it's only a training sword. I asked PH for one last week and was told that I could possibly get one in exchange for vouchers, but why is it pink and why is it the only non-lethal weapon available? It's weird, right?

I'm hoping it's a coincidence - but I wonder if someone's trying to bribe me or listen to my conversations.

Isn't it more likely that in addition to giving us stuff that we can use to hurt each other, they want to give us stuff that we can use to learn how to hurt each other? I just mean, like... If they were listening in to our conversations, they could have offered us something a lot more tempting for a bribe.

Maybe... But why the total lack of a real sword at all? It's strange - but we'll see. In general a lot of the items left in the store are quite cruel.

Well, a sword takes some work to know how to use well, right? But something like a baseball bat or a chainsaw is... pretty easy to do damage with even if you aren't trained.

Well, nobody has that specifically on their boarding pass, but Magnus and Damian have weapon mastery as a whole, so you could always ask them if you ever get the urge.

I'm not going to ask a ten year old to teach me how to shoot - but Magnus did let me borrow his axe. Maybe he can show me how to use a crossbow next.

I think the thing we have to our advantage is that, like... If there was anyone who was obviously horrible or wanted to hurt people, the group from their last game would have figured them out and made it obvious here, too. So - there's probably a pretty low chance any of them are too destructive.

... actually, I heard that Guy might not be entirely trustworthy either, since you wanted me to keep you informed on even the terrible things.

What did Guy do? I've only talked to him for about two seconds.

I heard from someone else who was at the temple that Guy killed others while he was there... and he simultaneously cried a lot about it, but then said shortly afterward that he didn't regret it. I presume there's more reasons behind it but...

[she frowns]

It's something to keep in mind. It's rather weak-willed of a man, if you ask me.
