They don't really seem like the... banning kind. If they have any power over it, at least. But - the rules have seemed pretty steady once all the new ones popped up.

Here's hoping. Seeing who's had a kazoo or whatever at trials has helped with figuring out who hasn't been on the winning team, at least.
