It's a long shot, but I've been meaning to talk to the directors and ask them whether I can exchange vouchers for things that aren't in the camp store. Like... Pieces of information. If they say yes, maybe we can still figure this out.
We could exchange our currency [ sexbucks. ] for hints during trial. The same was true for Magnus. So it's not completely out of the realm of possibility... but we had a limit to how many we could use, and they weren't always. The most obvious hints.

I know someone got an item sort of like that, so I think you're right on that one. But there's no way to check if someone used an item or not.
