It'd actually be pretty hard to do, I think. I mean - you can check who misses notes or hits something wrong and judge that wrong, but with classical, you can't really improvise or change anything midway through like you can with jazz without ruining the piece. So you can't really give points for style or anything.
So it'd be a very stiff riff-off. [ he looks interested enough despite the joke, though now he's thinking of how that could work ] Maybe if there's no set piece? The improvisation part goes with how you answer which classical piece with what.
